EASP has two Support Schemes for Attendance of the General Meeting in Granada

Support scheme for EASP members

Requirements:
Financial hardship and accepted contribution at the General Meeting (in any form, such as poster, talk, or symposium).
 
Eligibility:
All EASP members. Please note that you can only receive a grant to attend the GM through this scheme (not through the standard Travel Grant scheme). Prior receipt of EASP travel grants does not preclude applications to this special GM support scheme. 
 
Support:
If accepted for the support scheme, you can register for the postgraduate membership registration fee. If your application is successful, up to 80% of your costs can be covered by the EASP.
 
How to apply:
Please send an e-mail to the EASP Executive Officer, Sibylle Classen (sibylle@easp.eu) and attach the confirmation of your General meeting contribution. To consider your application we also require a detailed budget including registration fee, travel, and accommodation costs. Please justify your financial need and include a reference to other sources of financial support. All information provided will be treated confidentially
 
Deadline: March 15, 2017
Please note that this is also the last deadline for membership applications that will allow individuals to participate in the GM as members (http://www.easp.eu/about/membership/). Note also that those who apply to become members at this date, will not be eligible to apply for any of our grant schemes, since their membership will only become valid at the start of June 2017.
 

Support scheme for non-members of EASP

Requirements:
Financial hardship and accepted contribution at the General Meeting (in any form, such as poster, talk, or symposium).
 
Eligibility:
Eligible are those who cannot become EASP members and are therefore not entitled to our standard travel support schemes; i.e., non-European PhD students and Master students (irrespective of nationality).
 
Support:
If accepted for the support scheme, you can register for the postgraduate membership registration fee.
 
How to apply:

Please justify your financial need and include a reference to other sources of financial support. All information provided will be treated confidentially

Cancellation policy

Cancellations that take place before June 26th 2017 will be refunded minus a 50% charge for administration fees. Cancellations that occur after June 26 are non-refundable.

The renaming of the Conference members will be allowed until June 19th, 2017.

All cancellations and renaming must be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat by email at: registrations@easpgranada2017.com
